Games of luck are perfect for the casino floor, but luck definitely isn’t a winning strategy for an insurance program. Don’t gamble with the financial well-being of your casino client. Instead, let our team of gaming subject matter specialists design an insurance and risk management program to protect their financial assets. Common exposures include food and alcohol, security and hotel/hospitality. Racinos—venues that combine a casino with onsite racing—are also covered under this program.
Concessionaires are subcontractors at venues and other locations that handle the food and beverage (including liquor) sales on an outsourced basis. Common liability exposures include bodily injury and products/completed operations. We can also underwrite property policies that address spoilage and contamination.
These venues host a variety of events like home and garden shows, boat shows, sporting events and concerts. Some standard carriers will add exclusions for athletic or sports participants which can leave a gaping hole in the venue owner’s insurance program and an awkward conversation for the agent. Don’t let that happen to you. We can also help ensure that any vendors and exhibitors who are present at the convention center have their own insurance as well.
Locations with onsite racing or off-track betting (OTB) are both eligible for our dog and horse track program. Don’t wager your client’s financial assets with a start-up or unproven insurance company. Work with American Specialty and rest assured you have a winning partner with decades of industry experience on your side.
Don’t try to skate by with someone else. Trust us to provide a comprehensive property and casualty program for the ice rink in your area. Our general liability program is designed to cover unique exposures associated with ice rinks like potential pollution from ice resurfacing equipment and participant liability for in-house leagues. Ice rinks also present some unique property-related exposures that we can help you identify and insure against. Workers’ compensation coverage is also available on the ice rink program.
When the curtain rises, make sure your performing arts center client has coverage that addresses exposures associated with volunteers, patrons and other invited guests. Insurance for amphitheaters, auditoriums, community theaters, music halls and live music venues are all available from American Specialty.
Stadiums, arenas and coliseums host sporting events, concerts, professional sports teams, and other special events, so it’s critical that your insurance carrier understands the dynamic risks associated with these venues. American Specialty has the underwriting, claims management and loss prevention expertise that you want in an insurance partner. We have decades of experience insuring stadiums and arenas across the country.
