American Specialty Insurance & Risk Services Is Seeking an Experienced General Liability Claims Adjuster to Join Our Fort Wayne, Indiana Team.
We are currently in search of an experienced General Liability Claims Adjuster with five or more (5+) years of relative claims adjusting expertise to add to our team. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits.
This individual will provide claims handling service primarily for General Liability risks and is responsible for successfully managing the day-to-day activities from a claim's inception through the settlement stage.
Our Claims Adjusters serve as the primary liaison between American Specialty, the Insured and the Claimant. Liaison duties include managing effective and timely communication between all parties and maintaining an accurate, up-to-date claim file diary documenting all required servicing-related activities.

The role of the Business Development Leader develops profitable new and renewed relationships with insurance agents across all market segments (or within their assigned segment focus as applicable), with the overall objective of achieving established annual premium and revenue growth targets. The Business Development Leader will work under moderate supervision and guidance. In addition, this role develops and promotes the marketplace’s awareness of the American Specialty brand, products and services in an engaging and professional manner. The Business Development Leader handles a multi-state territory as part of a territory team and will be working closely with internal teammates to help manage all agencies and accounts in the territories assigned and participate in team meetings.
