Compensation will be based on candidate's demonstrated Claims Adjusting expertise and required skillset to successfully perform this role.
The Senior Claim Professional position will manage a caseload of mid-to-high severity, complex and litigated General Liability cases and is responsible for successfully managing the day-to-day activities from a claim's inception through conclusion. Our claim professionals serve as the primary liaison between American Specialty, the Insurance Carrier, the Insured and the Claimant. Liaison duties include managing effective and timely communication between all parties and maintaining an accurate, up-to-date claim file documenting all required service-related activities.
WORK LOCATION OPTIONS:
Once the required licensing, training objectives and knowledge standards have been achieved, this senior level position will have the option of utilizing a 3/2 hybrid schedule between office and home or working 100% onsite within our office environment.

This position will be required to consistently deliver 1) an advanced level of technical Claims knowledge, 2) a well-developed Claims Professional skillset, and 3) the highest level of Claims handling expertise in order to successfully carry out the day-to-day core job expectations outlined below:
