Essential Responsibilities:

  • New submission entry
  • Renewal account notification, tracking, and submission review
  • Account maintenance, including tracking of new, renewal and prospect information
  • Agent (and some client) interaction
  • Follow-up activity to obtain necessary account information
  • Proposal development and delivery
  • Assembly of new account presentation materialsv
  • Daily interaction with Underwriting, Policy Issuance, Claims and Accounting departments

Key Qualifications:

  • Two, or more, years of experience in insurance-related field
  • Candidate must possess Indiana P&C license, or alternatively take pre-licensing classes and pass exam upon hiring
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent computer (Microsoft Office) and clerical proficiencies
  • Sharp focus on attention-to-detail with high percentage of accuracy in work product
  • Prioritize and balance heavy workload as needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
