Essential Responsibilities:

Adjusting auto, liability and property related claims including:

  • Incident report review
  • Policy content analysis for coverage interpretation
  • Setting file reserves
  • Conduct all data gathering and follow-up requests
  • Manage the settlement process
  • Provide excellent customer service to all parties
  • Detailed claim file documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • Five+ years of General Liability Claims Adjusting experience
  • Active Adjuster license in required states
  • Analytical skills for coverage determination
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word programs and ability to adapt quickly to proprietary internal software programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prioritize and balance heavy workloads when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Work product accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, but thrive in a team setting
  • Effectively work with/alongside people at all levels
